Veri Veri Teriyaki Wings

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 20-30 raw chicken wings
- vegetable oil or shortening for frying
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki®
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds (for garnish)
Prep

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.

2.Roll each of the wings into the mixture until they're evenly coated.

3.Place the wings in a shallow dish or resealable plastic container, cover, and let the meat chill in the fridge for 1 hour. (Optional: After the chicken is done chilling, you can coat the wings with seasoning a second time for even more flavor.)

4.Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook

1.In a medium size saucepan, combine butter and Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce over medium heat.

2.Stir it occasionally, and cook until mixture is melted and thickens slightly; about 5 minutes.

3.Deep-fry the wings until cooked through and crispy, about 10 minutes. Make sure the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F.

4.As you finish frying the wings, add them to the saucepan and toss until evenly coated.

5.Arrange the wings on a platter and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
