Baked Sesame Garlic Tofu

Ingredients
- 1 package (14 oz.) firm tofu
- 1 cup Soy Vay® Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze & Marinade
- 2 tsp. toasted white sesame seeds
- 1 scallion
Prep

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F.

2.First, cut the tofu into 1/4 inch slices and place on paper towels to drain for about 10 minutes.

3.Arrange the tofu in a shallow dish or resealable plastic container.

4.Pour in Hoisin Garlic sauce and turn tofu until evenly coated.

5.Cover and marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.

6.When tofu is ready, discard any leftover marinade.

7.Thinly slice the scallions.

1.Using a lipped cookie sheet, cook the tofu for about 40 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking.

2.Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.

3.Serve immediately.
