Baked Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 lb. salmon fillets
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2/3 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup horseradish
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Prep

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

2.Grease a medium size baking dish with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

3.Arrange the fish on the baking sheet.

4.Brush the tops with remaining olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and red pepper flakes.

5.Pour the Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce over the fillets.
Cook

1.Bake the fish for about 20 minutes. The meat should be opaque, flake easily with a fork, and have an internal temperature of at least 145°F.

2.In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, horseradish and ranch.

3.Plate the fish and finish with a dollop of the dip.

4.Serve immediately.
