Teriyaki Marinated Halibut with Grilled Oranges

Ingredients
- 1 lb. halibut fillets
- 1/2 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- 1 mandarin orange
Prep

1.Arrange the fish in a shallow dish or large resealable plastic container.

2.Pour the Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce over top and turn fillets until evenly coated.

3.Slice an orange and place the slices on top of the fish.

4.Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour, or longer for more flavor.

5.When fish is ready, discard any leftover marinade and reserve the orange slices.

6.Prepare a charcoal grill for direct cooking over medium heat.

1.Grill the fish for about 7 minutes per side. The meat should be opaque, flake easily with a fork, and have an internal temperature of at least 145°F.

2.Grill the orange slices and use as a garnish.

3.Serve immediately.
