Island Teriyaki Burger

Ingredients
- 1½ lbs. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 canned pineapple rings
- 1 red bell pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
Prep

1.Place the beef in a large mixing bowl.

2.Fold in the Island Teriyaki sauce and panko.

3.Cover and chill in the fridge for 1 hour or until ready to cook.

4.When your mixture is ready, shape the meat into 4 burger patties.

5.Prepare a charcoal grill for direct cooking over medium-high heat.

6.Seed the bell pepper and cut it into 4 pieces.

7.When your mixture is ready, shape the meat into 4 burger patties.

1.Grill the burgers to desired doneness. Make sure the patties reach an internal temperature of at least 160ºF.

2.Grill the bell pepper, pineapple rings and lightly toast the rolls.

3.Serve the burgers on the rolls each topped with the bell peppers and pineapple rings.
