Veri Veri Teri Brisket

B. Cohen, Louisville, Kentucky

1 5 pound brisket
1 sweet onion, sliced
3/4 cup water
1 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki

Put 1/2 cup of Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki plus 1/2 cup of water in the bottom of a baking dish.
Place brisket fat side down in pan and cover with !/2 cup teriyaki sauce and 1/4 cup water.
Place sliced onion around, under, and on top of meat.
Bake covered for about 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
Take brisket out of pan and and set in refrigerator covered for one hour.

Slice brisket from corner to corner, return to pan, warm up, and ENJOY! DELICIOUS!!!!
