Ori-Yenta Beef

1 pound of beef, cut into strips
1 can straw mushrooms, drained and cut in pieces
1 can baby corn, drained
1 spanish or vidalia onion, cut in bite sized pieces
2 -3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup broccoli florettes
Chinese pea pods, fresh or frozen (but thawed)
1/2 cup cashews or peanuts
1/4 cup Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze and Marinade
Sesame or vegetable oil for sauteéing

Steam broccoli florettes until bright green and somewhat tender. Sauté onion over high heat in a little bit of oil until browned. Add garlic and stir fry for another minute. Don't overcook. Remove from heat and set aside. Add a little more oil to the pan and sauté beef until browned. Add mushrooms and sauté for another minute. Add Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze and Marinade, broccoli, onions, garlic, pea pods, corn and nuts. Mix well. Serve over your favorite rice. Serves 2.
