Garlic Beef & Asparagus Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 lb. asparagus
- 1 lb. flank steak
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Soy Vay® Hoisin Garlic Glaze & Marinade
- 1 cup roasted, unsalted cashews
Prep

1.Prepare rice according to package instructions.

2.Trim the ends off the asparagus and cut the spears diagonally into 1 inch lengths.

3.Slice the steak into thin strips, cutting against the grain.

4.Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat.
Cook

1.Cook the flank steak until browned on all sides; about 4 minutes.

2.Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3.Remove the meat from the pan with a slotted spoon.

4.Drain the fat from the pan.

5.Add the asparagus to the pan and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.

6.Return the meat to the pan and add in the Hoisin Garlic sauce and cashews.

7.Stir until everything is thoroughly coated and warmed through.

8.Plate the stir-fry over rice.

9.Serve immediately.
